Data you can trust · insights you can see
Since 1994, Logicraft has captured, validated, and reconciled fuel data for the world's largest carriers. FuelDeck™ brings the whole journey — ticket to tax filing — into one platform.
Gallons of Jet-A captured & reconciled for clients in 2024 · 726,374,861 audited

The platform
Every source flows through one engine. FuelDeck™ captures the ticket, validates it against the schedule, recovers what you're owed, and files what you owe — no silos, no re-keying, one audited record.
Products
Your central command for fuel intelligence. FuelDeck™ unifies every module on one login, one dataset, and one audit trail — powered by the FuelCentral™ aggregation engine that ingests paper, faxes, and structured feeds alike.
The platform
01 · Capture
AI reads handwritten & printed uplift tickets — 32+ fields each, exported as CSV or IATA XML. From ramp to database with no manual entry.
Explore FuelScanner™ →
02 · Validate
Five validation gates check every ticket against supplier invoices and actual airline schedules — catching the discrepancies that cost carriers millions.
Explore FuelCounter™ →
03 · Recover
Turns audited flight & fuel data into duty-drawback-eligible transaction reports — maximizing recovery on Jet-A for international flights, filed direct.
Explore DutyCounter™ →
04 · File
Automates monthly & quarterly aviation fuel tax returns from the same audited dataset — accurate to the gallon, every deadline met.
Explore FuelTaxPro™ →End-to-end automation for the airline fuel back office — supply-chain workflows built on the same Logicraft data spine.
Start with any module. Add the rest when you're ready — they share the same ledger, so nothing is ever re-entered.

It starts with paper. FuelScanner™ extracts every field off a handwritten ticket, verifies its own work in a second pass, and streams a clean record into the ledger — the canonical data every other module runs on.

Who we serve
One platform, tuned to four very different operations — each seeing their own data, their own way.
Close every uplift with schedule-matched, audited fuel data across hub-and-spoke networks — and maximize duty drawback.
Invoice on validated volumes, reconcile deliveries across depots, and resolve disputes with the data trail to prove them.
Turn ramp tickets into clean records the moment fueling ends, and reconcile hydrant & storage inventories without spreadsheets.
Track fuel-system maintenance, monitor quality, and schedule predictive servicing from one technical record.
Trust & security
Your fuel data is sensitive. FuelDeck™ runs on Google Cloud with per-tenant isolation and encryption enforced in the infrastructure itself.
Built on Firebase / Google Cloud — SOC 2 compliant, globally distributed, with a 99.95% uptime SLA for Auth, Firestore, and Storage.
Every ticket and record is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256. API keys live server-side only — never in the browser.
Firestore security rules enforce strict per-user and per-tenant access. No account can ever query another's data — zero cross-contamination.
Resources
Most carriers are leaking revenue through duplicate tickets, volume mismatches, and ghost flights — and never see it. Move the sliders.

Estimated annual leakage at risk
How this is calculated: annual gallons (tickets × 12 × gal/ticket) × your discrepancy rate × exposure per gallon, where exposure = Jet A price × 7%. The 7% is the share of an erroneous gallon's value typically recoverable — overbilled volume, price mismatches and missed duty/tax — not the full fuel cost. The Jet A band ($1.00–$4.50/gal) spans the 2015–2025 spot market, so leakage scales with fuel price.
