How Logicraft Corporation handles the data you entrust to the FuelDeck™ platform, the rights you hold over it, and the terms that govern your use of our service.
Effective date: June 26, 2026
Template notice. This Privacy Policy is a general template provided for illustration on this demonstration site. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed and adapted by qualified counsel before being relied upon for any production deployment.
Logicraft Corporation ("Logicraft," "we," "us," or "our") provides the FuelDeck™ platform and its modules to aviation fuel buyers, suppliers, into-plane operators, and technical operations teams. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to logicraft.com and to the FuelDeck™ platform and related services (together, the "Services").
When you create an account or book a demo, we collect details such as your name, work email address, company, role, and authentication credentials. We use Google Cloud / Firebase Authentication to manage sign-in.
To deliver the Services, our customers upload and generate operational records, including fuel uplift tickets, supplier invoices, airline schedules, fueling-system feeds, and inventory reads. This data is processed on behalf of the customer to capture, validate, recover, and file. The customer is the controller of this data; Logicraft processes it under the customer's instruction.
We collect technical and usage information automatically, such as log data, device and browser type, pages viewed, feature interactions, and approximate location derived from IP address. This helps us secure, operate, and improve the Services.
Protecting your data is foundational to the Services. The FuelDeck™ platform runs on Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure and applies multiple layers of protection:
For a fuller description of our security posture, see our Trust & Security overview.
We do not sell your personal information or your fuel operational data. We share data only as needed to provide the Services:
We retain account and operational data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and thereafter as required to comply with legal, tax, audit, and recordkeeping obligations. Customers may request deletion of their data subject to those obligations; on termination, customer data is handled per the applicable service agreement.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Because much of the operational data we process belongs to our customers, requests relating to that data may be directed to the relevant customer (the controller). To exercise your rights or ask a question, contact us using the details below.
Logicraft and its infrastructure providers may process data in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) and the protections provided by our infrastructure partners.
The Services are intended for businesses and their personnel. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Template notice. These Terms & Conditions are a general template provided for illustration on this demonstration site. They are not legal advice and should be reviewed and adapted by qualified counsel before being relied upon for any production deployment.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FuelDeck™ platform, its modules, and the logicraft.com website (together, the "Services") provided by Logicraft Corporation ("Logicraft"). By accessing or using the Services, or by entering into an order or service agreement that references these Terms, you agree to be bound by them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
The FuelDeck™ platform is a unified system for aviation fuel intelligence, powered by the FuelCentral™ aggregation engine. It includes the following modules: FuelScanner™ (capture), FuelCounter™ (validate), DutyCounter™ (recover), and FuelTaxPro™ (file), together with Versodata™ where made available. Features may evolve over time, and we may add, modify, or discontinue functionality.
To use most features you must register an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. The Services are intended for business use by individuals who are at least 18 years old and authorized to act for their organization. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current.
You agree not to:
As between the parties, you (the customer) own the fuel operational data and other content you submit to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant Logicraft a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely as necessary to provide and support the Services, and as otherwise instructed by you. We may use aggregated, de-identified data that does not identify you or your organization to operate and improve the Services.
Logicraft and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including the FuelDeck™ platform, the FuelCentral™ engine, all software, designs, and documentation, excluding Customer Data. FuelDeck™, FuelScanner™, FuelCounter™, DutyCounter™, FuelTaxPro™, Versodata™, and FuelCentral™ are trademarks of Logicraft Corporation. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.
Each party may receive confidential information from the other in connection with the Services. The receiving party agrees to use such information only to perform under these Terms and to protect it with at least the same care it uses for its own confidential information. This obligation does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party without restriction.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logicraft disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs (including reconciliation results, drawback eligibility, or tax filings) are free from error; you remain responsible for reviewing outputs and meeting your own regulatory obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logicraft and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Services or as set out in your service agreement. You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Services or other users. On termination, your right to access the Services ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Governing jurisdiction] for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
