Capture, validation, recovery and filing already live on the ledger. Versodata™ goes after the back-office work that surrounds them — the vendor records, approvals and handoffs people still run by hand — so nobody re-keys what the system already knows.
Designed to route the recurring back-office tasks — approvals, exception queues, vendor follow-ups — off spreadsheets and email and into one tracked workflow tied to the underlying fuel record.
Will keep supplier records, rate cards and contract terms structured and current — so every reconciliation and filing draws on the right pricing, and a renewal date never gets missed.
Built to pass cleared back-office items straight back into FuelDeck™ — closing exceptions, releasing approvals and updating the audited ledger automatically, with no second system to maintain.
Versodata™ won't ask you to stand up another database or re-enter data you already have. It reads and writes the same audited record that FuelScanner™, FuelCounter™, DutyCounter™ and FuelTaxPro™ already share — aggregated by the FuelCentral™ engine inside FuelDeck™.
That means the back office works from the same verified gallons, the same supplier invoices and the same airline schedules as everything else. Automate a workflow once, and the rest of the platform sees the result instantly.
