In development · Versodata™ In development
Versodata™ is a conversational AI analyst for aviation fuel. Ask a question in plain English — no SQL, no dashboards, no waiting on a report — and get back an explanation, a table and a chart in seconds. It reads the same audited ledger that powers FuelDeck™, so the numbers it answers from are already verified.
Formerly “HelloFuel.” A FuelDeck™ platform module — in development.

Why answers take so long
Aviation fuel operations throw off enormous volumes of ticket and inventory data — yet getting a straight answer out of it still means knowing the right question in advance, or waiting in line behind the one person who can write the query.
Static dashboards only respond to the queries someone built into them. The ad-hoc question you actually have — about a station, a carrier, a spike — becomes a ticket in the analytics queue.
Tickets, inventory logs, delivery records and procurement platforms each carry their own schema. Comparing stations or trending consumption means manually consolidating exports before you can even start.
The few people who can write a query or wrangle Excel become the gate — and everyone else waits. Ticket errors get caught after the fact in a report, not while there's still time to act.
Answers in the right shape
Versodata™ acts like an embedded data analyst. Every answer comes back as the format that fits — a plain-English read, a sortable table, an auto-built chart, or a single headline metric — and never as a chart with no way to see the numbers behind it.
A clear read of what the data shows — and, when the data can't answer, exactly what's missing.
Row-level results you can scan and download as CSV — every value shown, nothing hidden.

| ORD | 2,996 |
Bar, line, scatter, pie or area — picked to match the question, with a "view as table" toggle.
For single-value questions — the figure, its unit and a trend indicator, front and centre.
Connect the bundled FuelCounterAI dataset and start asking immediately, or drop in your own export. Versodata™ parses CSV and multi-sheet XLSX, auto-detects every column's type, and lets you rename, re-type and describe fields before you start — so the AI reads your data the way you do.

Built for the people who run fuel
Anyone on the fuel operation can get an accurate answer in under 30 seconds — not just the analysts. Conversations keep their context, so each follow-up question refines the last one.
Watch inventory levels, track consumption trends, flag supply risk and compare station performance — daily and weekly — without manual data wrangling.
Analyse ticket volumes, airline uplift patterns and delivery data to inform purchasing decisions and contract negotiations — straight from the source records.
Monitor ticket error rates, truck-vs-hydrant utilisation and operational throughput by station — and catch the zero-gallon and bad-tail tickets while it still matters.
Versodata™ doesn't ask you to stand up another database. It reads the same audited record that FuelScanner™, FuelCounter™, DutyCounter™ and FuelTaxPro™ already share — aggregated by the FuelCentral™ engine inside FuelDeck™ — so every answer traces back to a verified gallon.
And when you upload your own file, the analysis runs client-side, in your browser. Your raw data is never shipped off to a backend to be queried — only the questions and the answers move.
Be first in line
We're building Versodata™ with a small group of fuel-ops teams. Leave your email and we'll bring you in when private beta opens. We'll only write when there's something to show.
You're on the list — we'll be in touch.
No marketing blasts. We'll only email you about Versodata™ access.
Roadmap
Where the build actually stands. The conversational v1.0 ships to private beta first, waitlist teams come in next, and general availability lands alongside the FuelDeck™ platform.
Chat interface, response engine and schema flow mapped against the audited ledger. Complete.
Early builds answering live questions for a small group of fuel-ops teams.
Opening access in waves to teams who've signed up. You are here.
Versodata™ ships as a module inside the FuelDeck™ platform.
Talk to us
Tell us the questions your team asks most — error rates, days of supply, airline uplift, station comparisons. We'll show you how Versodata™ and the FuelDeck™ platform are being built to answer them in a sentence.
