One ledger, from wing tip to tax filing

FuelDeck™ is where it all comes together. It captures the ticket, validates it against the schedule, recovers what you're owed, and files what you owe — every source running through one engine into a single audited record.

FIG 1.0 — the data engine

Four modules, one continuous record

Tickets, invoices, FMS feeds, airline schedules and inventory reads all enter the same pipeline. FuelScanner™ captures, FuelCounter™ validates, DutyCounter™ recovers, and FuelTaxPro™ files — no silos, no re-keying.

The engine that ingests anything

FuelCentral™ is the infrastructure inside FuelDeck™ that takes five formats that don't agree with each other and produces one record that does. Handwritten ramp tickets, faxed delivery notes, supplier EDI, airport FMS feeds and structured XML all land in the same normalized record — deduplicated, time-stamped, and tied to a flight.

  • Paper, fax and structured feeds normalized to one schema
  • Every record traceable to its source document
  • One dataset shared by all five modules — entered once
  • Per-tenant Firestore isolation, encrypted end to end

Inside FuelDeck™

Start with one module, add the rest

Each module earns its keep on its own, and they get sharper together — sharing one ledger, so a number entered once never has to be entered again.

Trust & security

Built to pass a security review

Your fuel data is sensitive. FuelDeck™ runs on Google Cloud with per-tenant isolation and encryption enforced in the infrastructure, not left to the application to remember.

SOC 2 · 99.95% SLA

Google Cloud infrastructure

Built on Firebase / Google Cloud — SOC 2 compliant, globally distributed, with a 99.95% uptime SLA for Auth, Firestore, and Storage.

TLS 1.3 · AES-256

Encrypted end to end

Every ticket and record is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256. API keys live server-side only.

Per-tenant isolation

Your data, only yours

Firestore security rules enforce strict per-tenant access. No account can ever query another's data.
