Logicraft Corporation has spent more than thirty years turning the messiest data in aviation — the fuel ticket — into intelligence the world's largest carriers can trust. We exist for one outcome: every gallon accounted for, every dollar recovered, every filing right the first time.
About Logicraft
Founded in 1994, Logicraft was built by people who understood that aviation runs on fuel — and that the record of that fuel was scattered across handwritten tickets, faxed delivery notes and incompatible systems. We set out to fix it, and we've been refining it ever since.
What started as software for reading fuel tickets has grown into a full intelligence layer for aviation fuel. We serve the world's largest carriers, suppliers, and into-plane operators across 480+ airports — capturing, validating, recovering and filing on data they can stake an audit on.
In 2024 alone, Logicraft captured and reconciled 726,374,861 gallons of aviation fuel. That heritage now converges into FuelDeck™, the unified platform that brings every module onto one audited ledger, powered by the FuelCentral™ aggregation engine.
A purpose-built approach to the fuel ticket — turning paper into structured, trustworthy data.
Capture, validation, drawback and tax tooling mature into a suite the largest carriers depend on — now spanning 480+ airports.
A single year's worth of fuel captured and reconciled against schedules and invoices — 198+ reconciled and climbing.
Every module unified inside FuelDeck™, powered by the FuelCentral™ engine — the next thirty years of aviation fuel intelligence.

Letter from our CEO
When we started Logicraft in 1994, the most important number in aviation fuel lived on a scrap of paper. A pilot or fueler wrote it by hand on a ramp ticket, and from there it was faxed, re-keyed, lost, and argued over. Billions of dollars of fuel moved every year on records nobody could fully trust. That bothered me, and it still does.
Our belief was simple: if you get the data right at the source, everything downstream gets easier. Validate it once, and you stop paying for someone else's mistakes. Recover what you're owed, and file what you owe — from the same trustworthy record, not five disconnected ones. For thirty years we've chased that, one airport at a time, until we reached 480+ of them and reconciled more than 726 million gallons in a single year.
Trust is the whole product. The carriers who rely on us are not impressed by dashboards; they are impressed by accuracy they can put in front of an auditor, a tax authority, or a supplier dispute and have it hold. That is the bar we hold ourselves to on every ticket.
The next chapter is FuelDeck™. For years our capabilities lived as separate tools that each did their job well. Customers told us plainly that they didn't want five tools — they wanted one truth. So we are bringing capture, validation, recovery and filing onto a single audited ledger, powered by the FuelCentral™ engine. Enter the data once; let every team read the same record.
None of this is about technology for its own sake. It's about the people who keep aviation moving and deserve numbers they can stand behind. Thank you for trusting us with the most important number in your operation. We don't take it lightly.
— A. Kraft, CEO, Logicraft Corporation
How we work
The values that have kept the world's largest carriers with us since 1994.
A number you can't defend is worse than no number at all. Every ticket is captured, validated against reality, and traceable to its source document — so the figure that reaches an auditor or a tax authority holds.
Your fuel data is sensitive and it stays yours. We run on Google Cloud / Firebase with SOC 2 compliance, TLS 1.3 + AES-256 encryption, and per-tenant Firestore isolation — no account can ever see another's data.
We don't bend a generic tool to fit fuel — we build for the ramp, the schedule and the filing calendar. Thirty years in this one domain is why our data behaves the way operations and finance actually need it to.
